Once upon a lockdown, Ben, a somewhat plump estate agent, found himself furloughed and constantly tempted by his fridge. With plenty of time and a growing appetite, he transformed his kitchen into a smokehouse, much to the mixed emotions of his family. As the smoke settled, it became clear that Ben’s cooking was more than just a quarantine pastime; it was his true passion.

Tired of the corporate grind, Ben decided to trade his suit for an apron, pursuing his dream fueled by hickory smoke and meat. Thus, SMOKED BBQs was born. It wasn’t just about feeding people but bringing them pure joy – the kind of joy that comes from perfectly smoked BBQ, making you want to slap your knee and thank the heavens.
